EXTENDED ESSAY FINAL CHECKLIST
 
  1. Name and candidate number must be on title page.
  2. Candidate number must be on every page.
  3. Pages must be numbered.
  4. The numbering of pages must correspond exactly to the Table of Contents (Proofread)
  5. All parts must be present (Title Page, Table of Contents, Abstract, Introducation, Body, Conclusion, Works Citied (Bibliography), Appendices (if needed)
  6. Students are responsible for turning in an original and three (2) proofread copies to the mentor.
